I have designed this 4 week nutrition course to help you reprogram your nutrition habits and weight loss concepts, learning simple methods that will help you feel healthier, avoiding restrictive diets and misconceptions.
The course will help you learn new eating habits that will become part of your lifestyle. You will learn to assemble the ideal dish, starting to eat in a healthy, intuitive way.
Reprogram your habits is a 4-week course in which you will learn everything you need to know to enjoy food again and lead a healthy life.
In week two, my goal will be to make you fall in love with food again. You never imagined that you could eat more and better, feeling in control and healthy.
In the third week of this program, the challenge will be to make you realize that small changes and challenges lead to big and lasting results.
In the fourth and final week, you learn to master the fundamentals to transform yourself into a conscious eater.
The course was developed by Karla Branco, Coach in Integrative Nutrition and a passion for starting life over and helping others to make positive changes in diet and lifestyle – at any age.
Karla has a degree in Integrative Nutrition from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (New York / USA) and in Dentistry from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, with an MBA in Health Systems Administration, Intestinal Health and Emotional Eating Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Sports Nutrition and Fitness Trainer certified.
